How come "Bozo the Clown" doesn't have a star on the Hollywood "Walk of Fame"?

because he wasn't an actor, he was in a crappy tv-show that required no acting. and hollywood is associated with acting. it's like saying pee wee herman should deserve a star on the walk of fame, just won't happen.
