Can there be a universe inside every atom?

So if you say that there might be worlds that are billions of billions of time bigger than our own universe than imagine how much time it would take for a person that lives there to see a reflection of light. Because light doesn't travel at an instant so it would probably take him millions of days just to see the object in front of his nose. Think about the light years.
