I have a pimple on my dick..?

Okay.. i cant reply, or i dont know how, im not sexually active. or havent done anything sexual so its not any diseases and ****, dont get stupid now. haha I just need some help to stop the swelling, i dont need some bozo, showing me a picture of herpes cause thats not what i have.
