If you or I walked out of a court hearing like Rangel did, we would be charged with contempt of court and probably arrested without bond before we got to the parking lot. Just like every other Congressman and Senator, Rangel feels entitled to do what he wants regardless of the law, and the lack of discipline handed down by the committee only confirms this.
