Where can i sell old clothes or electronic devices?

i have TONS of old clothes and old phones. i know i should try ebay and consignment shops (plato's closet, etc.) but does anyone know of any OTHER places I could try? i have shoes and clothes and makeup and tons of stuff i've never worn or used, but i can't sell it for much on ebay because i've already taken the tags off or taken it out of it's original packaging. also, i have lots of phones that are broken, but i've heard you can take broken phones to certain places and they will buy them from you for cheap, so they can use their parts or something. help, please!!
