Has the song starstruck by lady gaga ever had a music video?

i remember watching a video and it had a brunette gaga in it and a black guy........r-kelly im thinking and theres was a scene thats stuck in my head its of gaga running in a white dress in slomotion thru smoke...........so im kinda confused of it i watched it when gaga was barely being discovered with out knowing that it was lady gaga and then today i got reminded of the song and the video poped in my head so please can any one tell me?
