Why do people say Kelly Kelly is the next Trish Stratus?

I have been hearing it, I read it on youtube comments etc. They say Trish was worse than Kelly when she got started. Well Trish has that mean look, Kelly Kelly doesn't even have a mean look. When Trish cried it was cute, when Kelly Kelly cried it was horrible.
