Well I'm wanted because of this idiot. What should I do?

There was a couch on the side walk in my way so I decided to put it in the middle of the street while no one was looking. Apparently some bozo crashed into the couch later that day and the person was hospitalized. What kinda idiot crashes into a couch? Anyways, people are looking for the guy who put the couch there. Any comments/help? I was planning on looking for the bozo at the hospital and teaching him a lesson.
