Thumbs up - Thumbs down ?

Firstly, you must understand that yahoo answers is a game, not a true information site. Anytime a "best answer" is decided by a points system, or any other means of rating, it invites people to give answers simply to gain points, just like i am doing now. I enjoy browsing the categories and reading others answers and opinions (even the nonsense and illiterate ones), but would I take the advice of anyone here? Not in a million years! For those of you that are so insecure that you need thumbs or points to soothe your ego, my sympathies are extended.
