Any comments/help on what I should do to this idiot?

There was a couch on the side walk in my way so I decided to put it in the middle of the street while no one was looking. I was now able to cross the side walk w/out harm. Apparently some bozo crashed into the couch later that day and the person was hospitalized. What kinda idiot crashes into a couch? Anyways, people are looking for the guy who put the couch there. I cant see how I did anything wrong. Any comments/help? I was planning on looking for the bozo at the hospital and teaching him a lesson.
