Okay besides the fact that she is pretty why does kelly kelly deserve to be divas champion?

I understand she is very pretty, and has blonde hair and is just all around hot. But why does she deserve to be the champion. There are plenty of divas who wrestle way better than she does. I know people say she has improved and to be honest how bad was she when she started that she is improved now? I watch her matches the only thing she ever does is a botchy scissors kick, a stink face, a bulldog and she pulls your hair. So please tell me why someone like that deserves to be the face of the division
