Do you think a wrestler deserves a championship simply for their longevity in a company?

Everytime a certain wrestler wins a championship I always see a group a fans who say that particular wrestler deserved that championship because of how long they wrestled in a company. I'm seeing the same thing now with Kelly Kelly. People are saying she deserved the Diva's title because of how long she's been in the WWE. Do any of you think this?
